We all have got them, but what was the biggest injury that you have still climbed with?

I've climbed with my left hand in a cast due to a dislocated thumb, but my "best" would have to be climbing in an imobilizer sling four days after I had surgery on my right elbow ~ probably doesn't count as I just TR'd a 5.5, but at least I was on the rock again.

Tried to climb again without the sling a week later and tore all of the internal stitches in my tendon and triceps muscle; that's what I get for ignoring the doc ~ still tender after three months but healing up alright.

I've been climbing recently with a torn tendon in my left leg. Unfortunately, the injury wasn't incurred by climbing.

I've been fortunate enough to avoid major injury *touch wood*. One of the guys I know from the gym was leading an outdoor climb and badly broke his leg in a fall. He's climbing inside now, still wearing his cast.

I climb with a broken right ankle. Well i think it's broken, everytime i walk it cracks and when i apply pressure on it a certain way it really hurts. I used to climb with a sore elbow but i decided to get smart and stop that before it got worse.

Evil doctor's put me in a cast after tripping up the stairs... (Opps, I'm not supposed to be using stairs...) and you know what? I'm going climbing this Friday with 3 torn ligements in my knee along with Osgood Schlatters. This is going to be interesting.

Oh and the cast is Camo - YAY!
