Just posted on wrong forum....anyway. I live in Grand Junction and am relatively new to climbing, but have done some decent climbs in Moab, Unaweep and Independence Tower. Single, older female just looking to climb and learn. I'm in good shape and would love to tag along.......I'd even be willing to be a belay b.......for a little while anyway.

I am a 32 yr. old male from Alabama with little multipitch experience. I 'm taking my second trip to Yosemite in May (May6th-20th) and I will be needing a climbing partner. I have a full trad rack and plenty of single pitch experience. I will lead 5.9-5.10a on gear and follow 5.11a. However, I am looking to climb some multipitch moderates (5.7-5.8). I am great with belay, hauling, anchors, self-rescue, etc... I have plenty of great stories to entertain (I spent 8yrs in the USMC as a Scout/Sniper).

I will be in Co 4/22-5/10, would really like to do some climbing. I have all the gear I need, just working on my nerve.

CP,
Hey, sorry it's taken so long for me to reply....just lost my job and am in quite the funk.....but I'll be around the dates you are in Colorado. If I can climb you can too....no nerve needed. I can't lead so we would need to hook up with other people......give me a call 970-319-8997 or email at : ppolizzo@embarqmail.com anytime. What part(s) of Colorado do you plan on visiting? Since I am unemployed I could meet up with you anywhere.

Patti
