Just getting back into bouldering and saw on a map that Ravensburg State Park (on the map it was called Castle Rock) was marked. Does anyone have any experience there ?

This is in reply to this and the other post. Thanks for the kind words about my site. There is some limited sandstone climbing on a cliffband and some rendomly scattered boulders about 5-15' high. Also rock run near williamsport and big rocks near Renovo have bouldering and are not far from this spot. Boulder Mountain up above Williamsport is probably the best of all though.

Thanks for the info man. Where abouts do you find Boulder Mountain and Big Rocks near Williamsport ? If it wouldnt be a hassle, could ya let me know. Ive been to Rock Run.. but was unaware of the other two locales. Thanks again. Hippie.

Hey man. Back to a post you made a while ago. Where is Boulder Mountain (Bouldering or top roping?) near Williamsport ? I live about 20 minutes from Williamsport and never heard of this area. Rock Run has shown me some good times though. thanks again for the input.

Hey i was looking for castle rock today...spent about 5 hours looking...could not find it to save my life...hiked a lot of mid state trail and other surrounding trails the only thing i could think is that it's referring to the rocks right off of 880... any input would be awesome ...
