Just returned from a weekend in the bugs.... Looks like the season has begun in there on sunny dry days. Morning starting out clear and coolish with limited freeze on remaining snowpack that lasted until about 12:00PM. Travel conditions appear to be excellent on the glaciers for this time of year as long as your off them by 12pm. The rock routes in the kain hut area looked mostly dry with only a few routes showing some sign of water. The kain route on bugs spire still has snow especial lower on the route. Could still be a fun early season sportier version of the route. Most north facing walls were still very much locked in winter. Looks like there is still lots to do up there with an early to a avoid the melt and T-storms. Enjoy
