Hey guys i store my rope in a pillow case in the closet and was wondering if that is ok. I was reading the papers that came with the rope and it said to store in in a dry, dark, cool and unpacked from narrow transport containers. So what i am asking is this way ok to store my rope?

As long as the pillow case is dry.

Oh, and the rope isn't damp before you put it in there.

Mine stays in my trunk near a bottle of whiskey and several empty cans of beer. It stays in its rope bag though. Am I going to die?

I think you'll be fine.

But then, I store mine out in the sunny front yard in a fish tank filled with a 50-50 solution of cat piss and battery acid. Tongue

No, that's where we store the vat of bleach for washing the rope.
