I want to get my brother some crampons for ski touring. He already ski tours but never needed crampons but i was to take him on some trips crossing some ice etc. I personally use my G12's which fit to my ski boots fine. However i didn't want to spend that much on some crampons which will only be for light use rather than actual climbing. Any suggestions on some good value light use crampons that could be used with ski boots and ideally also walking boots?

Pretty much any crampon with a toe bail and heal clip will work on Ski boots as long as it does not have side posts for straps. Often sideposts are too narrow when dealing with hard plastic ski-boots. Unfortunately Most crampons with the needed design are not the inexpensive one. I havn't found anything less than $150ish.
