That's an old vid has made the forum rounds many times. Those kids may be sending THEIR kids across that thing by now.
An interesting aspect I think is how it shows how pampered and risk averse we Merkins have become.
Can you IMAGINE the reaction if some American parent sent his kids to school that way, across the Gunnison or something? Lol, they'd throw the parent down UNDER the jail.

It's spelled Colombia and they are Colombian.
