I feel like its starting to become that time of year where more of my climbing happens inside then outside. For the past 3 years I have trained at The Spot during the winter months and I am thinking of heading over to Movement. What does the crowd think of pros and cons?
The Spot, I know how to plan my workouts, younger crowd (I am 30), but crappy music, mostly bouldering
Movement, not sure about the crowd only been there one time, yoga/gym/routes. Seems like a yuppie gym...which I may be.....so let me know what you guys think. I mostly climb sport/trad routes but I can train for that in either gym

You won't be surrounded by like-minded sport/trad climbers at the spot...

So you kind of answered your own question...if you are a sport / trad climber movement. If you want bouldering or overall hard climbing the spot. I personally like Mvmt better.

Here's a MP thread on Movement vs. the BRC, for some insight

If you get a CU Alpine membership ($20), movement is $145 for 3 months. Don't even have to be a student. www.cualpine.com
