And I guess teh big news is that now, teh BLM wunts to built a climbing Dinasor, kinda like teh won at Cabazon exit and locate it out in front of teh White Fase.

I have no idea what this is.

Ewe don't noes what it is? Goggle cabazon dinosaurs, smert guy ass.

[image]http://www.bigwaste.com/photos/ca/cabazon_dinos/rex.jpg[/image]

broken link, but here is some info.

They're the dinosaurs from Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and apparently are Young Earth Creationist propaganda.

Heh... Dinny and Mr Rex. How ghey!

I don't really understand why they would put one of those at gnu jak.

Try to get with teh program snoppy... They are doing it awl for us, even though we didn't ask for it or want it. Sides, it's stimulas money and nothing is better for teh economy than a jiant T_Rex, that ewe can slide down.

hopefully they'll set up teh t-rex so you can step back onto its head for a gud mid-rowt pump recovery.

Again, I dun't noes awl teh details.... not sure that I wunt to, mostly cuz it just doesn't matter what I thinks. Still, I has to figure they will locate teh gnu jiant T-Rex dinasoar a ways out from teh White Fase. So they can put a little fence around it and make it part ov teh child day care center and rite next to teh hamburger place. I just hope they dun't charge two much for a burger and fries.

teh gentrifikashunz uv gnu jak.

heh. I can see jak wearing one of the little paper In n' Out Burger hats.

So Friday I managed to get a PB for both my 1.5 and 2 mile run. I'm relatively slow anyhoo, but broke throo an elusive 12 min and 16 min barriers respectively. In conjunction I've lost 9 lbs since Jan 20th. Let teh fitness prevail over teh blort!

Nice - I'm down to 193. There is this new gnar climbar boi at the jim who is ripped and crushes the V10+ bolder rowtes. He is very socially awkward despite being ridiculously good-looking. He ask me how much I weighed and I said "195" he said he was 190. I said "wow, you crush the gnar, I need to up my game! you've inspired me!" and he said "yeah, but I'm young". I died a little inside just then.

Hah! But you should have said yore old and heavy and still crush teh gnar!

I'm at 191. Woo!

122.. you're all too fat for this sport Pirate
I see how you're going to play it.

I just did a CrossFit workout... turns out they are really hard.

Wanted to get into this a few years ago, but never pushed myself enough for it (also didn't help that at the time I literally couldn't run and a lot of the cardio days involve sprints).

I should look into them again.

I decided to try it since I joined the gym and they do classes for the members. What the hell. I did yoga for the first time in a year last week.

Anyway, I got brutalized. And it was an easy day. This is what we did:
400m run
15--where you swing a kettlebell from between your legs to over your head
35 burpees. You know, the pushup/jumping jack combo things?

3 sets. I think it took me 24 minutes. Warmup was just some light stretching.

It was the burpees that killed me, I don't have the core and shoulders I need to do that many. I got thorugh the first set ok, but the 2nd and 3rd wrecked me. The extra cup of coffee I had probably didn't help. But I'll go back.
There's a guy in town that runs crossfit classes. $15 a pop. I would like a little guidance in terms of doing the exercises properly (and availability to some of the equipment that I don't have), but it seem a little expensive for a class for exercise sets that usually don't run mire than 1/2 hour.

I just stolzed the P90X vids from the internets for the gf.
I stoled the the P90X vids of the interweb last year, but I has no room to do them.

We have them, too, but haven't gotten around to doing them. I barely recover from bouldering four times a week..
I started on them last winter, but only got a month into it before I had surgery to get a jiant rod removed from my body. They did wear me out, which made for a few tricky weekends of ice climbing, but I didn't really care if I started a gym session a little tired.

I would have considered starting them again this winter except for the space issue.

Well, our upstairs and nextdoor neighbors have both moved out - that could really facilitate the stalkingz.

I don't know how a bro such as yourself would ever confuse a Bro with a Jorbless Eastern European Chainsmoker.
