Started spinach, as well as some peas and beans, but had to move them all inside with this last snowstorm.

In other news, reports from the storms in Tahoe are reaching me. CI, I'm jealous. I guess one of my buddies was out at Squaw skiing the steeps and inadvertanly fell over. He had to rack out of his bindings and clear a huge hole so that he could get up and skiing again. My father said that people were calling for snorkles, as the powder was bottomless. I can't wait!

Stay out ov teh 909 deadbeat! he did a pretty gud jorb of that this weke end, actually. It's teh booze and well, teh fact that teh balls are being kept by teh woman. Don't forget a general laziness and the fact that my climbing gear is packed in behind the road bike, wakeboard, Guitar Hero band set (with the extended drum kit and cymbal add-ons), dignity and self respect. Just thinking about digging it out makes me a little sleepy and in need of a drink. Just went to the store to pick up a new sled for the kiddo and walked out with a snowboard and boots. Still need bindings, but all of that will fit nicely in the closet! Did ewe still buy the sled? Got the sled too! At least ewe can put teh sled, snow bord and boots in teh closet, close teh door and ferget about it. Just found out LJ wunts to bring home another stray mouth to feed, shower, put clothes on.... grandpa jak? Thankfully knot. Sum stray from his school. I think that's admirable. My folks took in my girlfriend in high school when her dad died and her mom went off the deep end. I've always respected and appreciated that.

Finally got asked the "You're a climber? Do you know anyone who's climbed Everest?" I laffed, then we realized the answer was yes, so not that funny.

The kiddo and I almost have the snow cave made. It's about 6' deep, but only 2' tall right now, need to make it taller, and deeper.

Sophomore year we had a huge storm and built a massive igloo out of what fell off of the roof and what was plowed up onto our lawn. We spent the next month smoking perfectly legal substances in there.
