What piece of gear have you had the longest? And is it still on active duty or is it in your closet or gear bin?
I've had my nut tool (the old DMM one with the blue plastic handle. Love it.) since probably 2000, and the little carabiner on it since 1999ish. Still use 'em. Up until last year I still had and climbed with my first chalk bag, which I got in 1996.
How about you?

My chalk bag...1984...still in use
I still have my first harness, 8, locking D and rope but no longer use them...1984.

My Omega Pacific locking d-ovals. First locking biners i bought, when I got them for toprope anchors and belay biners.
Heavy as sin, but the things are indestructible. I still use 'em as belay biners. Long after we're gone, when the cockroaches have evolved to be too big to climb without ropes, they will find my OP d-oval in the rubble and climb on. Except for the one cockroach who'll be like - "Dude, don't you know you can't climb on used gear? Microfractures!"

Spring loaded 1X11 mm Sticht plate. 1975. Chouinard hexes and a few Chouinard biners from 1976-7.

5,6, and 7 Chouinard hexes which I bought @ 40 years ago. Still in use, abiet less that days of old. Here they are @ 4 years or so back on a FA.

Had the longest? Some military steel oval biners
Had the longest and still in use? A set of black diamond stoppers and some OP carabiners.

Oldest piece of gear, harness. Petzl something. Really gotta replace it soon.
Second oldest is a couple of HB draws I got for a fiver, then a 2.5 HB flexicam, from like 05 or somethin.

Hah, I see more hair in the drain in the am these days than on my head there. LOL.
Petzl something? Sounds like you must have the Todd Skinner model harness.

I own, and still occasionally use, a hammer that was given to me by Pat Ament in 1968 that made an early ascent of The Nose on El Cap.

Nuts that are about 10 years old. The rest of my gear from then has been discarded or replaced and discarded. I might have a DB Enduro carabiner on a key chain that was one of the first I bought but got a bit worn from top roping through it for ten years.

My oldest piece of gear is an set of 1975 forest arrowheads; retired
the oldest piece that still on active duty is a few red gate bd biners for 1995 or so.

BD harness, chalk bag and 5ten spire shoes bought all at once,about ten years ago, still in use these days, but only as loaner gear, ive replaced all my softwear

My Jeep. Bought it several months before I started climbing with little idea that I would 'need' it as much as I did. For the first couple years, it made multiple trips in 4WD/weekly up to the local crag. Later it would be the 'chosen' vehicle to reach hardly cut roads. Drove from the east coast to WY and drove all over Medicine Bow USFS land on original wagon train roads.
With 297K miles, I could say it has been my most consistent and reliable partner.

I've donated most of my original biners to various people and places, but I still have two Lucky notches nose biners, they called them guitars or something. Probably got them back in '01 or there abouts.

Two MOACs and a clog hex from the late 60's and a pair of spuds. All regularly rethreaded and in regular use. Original stitch plate (a circle of ally with two slots, dead complex!) retired as newer devices became available. Also an original rigid stem friend from the late 70's, still used occasionally. Snowdon mouldings curver ice axe with glass fibre shaft, still good and used when I can get to steep frozen stuff. Loads of other hoarded old stuff that is there for the memories and to show to modern techno-freaks.
