The 2011 REI dividends are in. How much did you get and what are you going to buy? I'm at a loss as to what to get. I'd love to get a tandem kayak but the 20% off coupon does not apply apparently.

I got back almost $150. Probably going to buy a pack with it. I have a BD Magnum, but I want something bigger for all-day cragging trips.

You do realize that it's cash? REI has got the greatest trick ever here. They've completely fooled people into believing they're saving money by spending their refund. You need to realize that it's really just the equivalent of a debit card. It's cash, not in-store credit.

Agree... That's why I buy from the competitors. Instant savings, and I don't have to wait a whole year to get my money back.
