Is it possible to access the anchors from the top to set topropes?

Been a while since I was there, but I distinctly recall a few of the anchors being reasonably far back from the edge/ top bulge, leading me to think some would be accessible from the top.

Thanks, that really helps me out, I was thinking of going up and doing some TR soloing one of these days.
