Easily smoked about an ounce a week up until I got clean and sober, 22 years ago. I smoked even when I couldn't get any higher.

OK, yea... All they had was shwag back then. 
Granted, today there is a lot more types of 'one hit weed', but they had some back then as well, just harder to come by for most.
