If you pre-order you will receive a $5 off the cover price, your book will be shipped the day the bulk shipment arrives, and you will be entered into a drawing to receive $200 for gas a climbing road-trip from Greener Grass Publishing. The bulk shipment is due in around the beginning of July.

Just got word from the printer that the books will be delivered sooner than anticipated. The new delivery date will be next Monday, June 27th. All books will ship as soon as they arrive.
