THE SEARCH FOR GLENN IS OVER My family and I want to thank everyone for all your help, thoughts, prayers, messages, and "bumps." It was really a fun ride for a while. It kept me glued to RC.com for hours on end. You guys/gals are truly a wonderful group and I’d still like to meet and greet as many of you as I can when I’m in Yosemite in June. I want to give a special thanks to Ammon for going Above and Beyond what many people would in the same situation. Again, I want to say "Thanks and God Bless" to all of you. Good Luck Glenn [ This Message was edited by: yosemitefreak on 2003-01-11 11:50 ]

Does anyone know this person? Does anyone know BEERANDBLOOD's last name? Or have his phone number? He is the only one here named GLENN without his last name listed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just checking, thanks ADAM. Looked at your PM after I posted. Maybe someone knows this person though.

Having been to Yosemite with Glenn I saw firsthand and appreciate the close knit group that climbers are. I also appreciate your trying to help find him in this desperate time. I don't know how much time Glenn's grandfather has left but I hope that someone, somewhere can help locate him soon. Thanks again and safe passage to all.

I am attempting to use this forum to find my nephew before his grandfather passes away, but I'm at a loss at replies such as "ttt" "bump" and "bumpin it up again". Are people trying to "bump" my message from the list? Please explain. Thanks. [ This Message was edited by: yosemitefreak on 2003-01-06 22:10 ]

Not at all. When someone posts a reply to a thread it goes to the top of the list on the "recent messages" section of the front page. This message is getting "bumped" back to the top of the list by users who are concerned about finding Glenn and want it to stay on the top so users who have just logged on can see it at a glance. I can understand your confusion. We're just trying to get this post more notice. Hope someone finds him soon. Ed [ This Message was edited by: up2top on 2003-01-05 11:08 ]

I know how I felt when my Grandfather died and I didn't know how sick he was. Here is another bump! Cheers, Robert [ This Message was edited by: socalclimber on 2003-01-06 07:30 ]
