Ive made my decision on what brand I want to by for a add on to my rack. The only question left out theres is should I get power cams or, master cams?
All input or suggestions would be well appreciated.

What do you already have on your rack? In what sizes?

Either are a good choice to compliment your C4's. Both are great in granite. The masters are somewhat narrower with the single stem, more like the C4's, and the smaller sizes will be better suited to thinner cracks than the power cams. That said, at this stage in the game you'd be fine with either. I'd say go with the best deal you can find.

Master cams all the way. Power cams can be a great addition but i see no real advantage to over master or any other cam. the Masters will have a more flexible stem which will help your cam not to walk. A longer stem that will allow for reaching those just out of reach placements. they have a narrower head which will help with tighter placements. I have a full set of bd c4s, full set of met tricams, full set of met masters, and now a full set of met offset masters. I would not change a thing or replace any of them. I feel with that assortment of gear I can place gear safely where it is actually possible. I will say that I do not like the number 6 master as it is a little to floppy for my taste, but at that size i prefer a #1 BD. Truly, find what feels right for you and go with it, after all it is what your going to be trusting your life with. hope this helps

Kachoong speaks wisdom. You'll be fine with either.

Also depending on where you climb, it sounds as though you're pretty thin in the small sizes, not having anything less than a 0.5 Camalot. I would consider some smaller sizes, for which the master cams and TCUs are more commonly used than power cams.

Still, you should be fine with whatever you get a deal on.

I've climbed on Metolius gear for decades, you want Master Cams in the sizes their available.

Mastercams 0-3 (purple to orange) and power cams above that is my bid. The larger powercams make a nice complement to BD and are nice and light. The mastercams below size three are hard to beat.

So you're looking for some smaller sized I assume.

When you say Power Cam I have to assume you're asking about TCUs? Irregardless, I like them both, it really depends on the placement if the TCU or the Master cam works better. Sometimes the TCU wins, sometimes the Master cam.

Personally, I think they compliment each other well and I'm happy to have both on my rack.

Master cams. Since your asking this question, I'm doubting that you'll need the #0 or the #00 yet, but definitely go for the #1=#6.

#1-4 mastercams for the small end.

I think c4s .75-2 compliment my rack of Friends quite well, so Friends are another option if you're looking to double up your medium sizes. Also the tech friends are on closeout since the helium friends are replacing them.

Master Cams 1 and up
Power Cams 00-0

In the tiny sizes the Power Cams put more aluminum on the rock, a good thing.

Let's put it this way: I have a triple rack of Power Cams and TCUs collecting dust in my basement I haven't used since Master Cams came out. I now climb on a double rack of Master Cams in the sizes they are made in along with the three Super Cam sizes. The only Power Cam I still have on my rack is the Lt. Blue #7. Oh, and a double set of HB (DMM) Alloy Offset Nuts along with a couple of old #3 & 4 Lowe-Byrne Ball Nuts.

Buy a full set of master cams. They are not as "fiddly" than TCU's and the overlap with the C4's will be useful.

If you eventually decide you want/need doubles in the small sizes, buy a full set of TCU's. People will argue all day long about which is better (I prefer TCU's) but the fact is, mastercams and TCU's compliment one another well.

I am still a bit of a noob leader on gear so take this as such. I have 0-6 master cams and think they are great, but for doubles i have started buying tcu's to save a tad of weight. For a primary 1st set master cams i think are better because of the single stem they are more versatile. With that said TCU's are not bad and they are lighter (perfect for doubles). get the #4 red i have doubles in this size it seems to always go in. I climb in NM.

I don't know, I haven't placed a TCU since racking Master Cams and I have a couple of dozen TCUs. Personally I've yet to find a [free climbing] circumstance that made me want to dig them back out.

I have plenty of both and the only real reason to get the power cam over the Mastercam is that you can find great bargains on used ones. Being Metolius, even the used beat up cams are still kick assed burly. Maybe you replace the slings if it looks like the sellers dog was chewing on them. The Mastercams don't seem to sell for much of a discount used, if you can even find them.

If you are going new, I agree with everyone else: Mastercams and Supercams for the larger sizes if you need them is the best combo platter. Not to go where it wasn't asked, but Supercams are fantastic large pieces and have the broadest surface area for soft rock as well. Heavier than the larger Powercams of similar size is the only slight drawback if you are doing long routes and need lots of cams.
