Hi, i want to hit Joshua Tree any time after the 17th, if you want to climb give me a yell that would be wicked. actually im sort of free to climb anywhere on the west coast so if ya need some one to hit the ropes with, drop me a line - Cheers Keep safe but live dangerously - Ryan ;)

Sure, I'd be happy to hit up j-tree with you anytime from October - April. Any other month is generally too hot to climb there.
Hey -- if you've looked up the weather they've been having in Kansas this summer (110+ temps with probably 95%+ humidity), you'll understand that this guy is trying to go someplace more comfortable in August. JTree will at least be a DRY heat.

So to get away from the summer heat of Kansas he should drive over the rockies and into the desert?
