Hi Ladies/Hola amigas, I am a Canadian climber living in Bogota, I have been here a month but have not had the chance to meet any fellow climbers yet- if there are any women climbers in Colombia on here I'd love to find a climbing buddy - I'm looking to go to Suesca this weekend for the long weekend - or anytime later on. Check out the gym. The best is Gran Pared. The climbing shops can be helpful. Try Monodedo, Tatoo, Thundra, Articulos de Montana (ADM). You can also just go out there, hang out and chat people up. The restaurant's a good place. It's a really safe place with lots of climbers (male and female) around. You can just chat people up and meet a bunch of them.
Have fun. It's a friendly place out there. It reminds me a bit of the gunks.
