You haven't been to RR yet? Nice place. The sport climbs are easy to get to, although they are much farther away than you expect them to be. Like anything in the canyon, everything looks a helluva lot closer than it really is.
personally, I think the sport climbing there isn't all that great, but for your situation it's probably pretty good. Some walls require a 70m rope, though, so be mindful of that.

Last night the wife was on the rampage. Our oldest has a test today. And if doesn't get an A he will flunk out of school and it will be the end of the world. He has to finish writing his paper his teacher asigned too.

We are hard wired for fight or flight. Since as kids my brother did nothing but fight with Mom, I tend towards shying away from arguements. My wife won't back down from one, training from fighting with her younger sister for many a year as kids. So its hard to discuss issues that are emotional for one or both of us. It goes in fits and starts.
Which is to say, it may be hard.
