How easy is it to get any climbing in during the fest? We'll be headed there for the week before the fest and I'll be flying out that Sunday.
And tips to get most out of my time there?

Everything close is taken up by clinics. If you walk to the end of the park (south park i think) you should be able to find free ice.
But my suggestion is to climb outside the park the Thurs-Tues around the fest. There is plenty around Ouray or a drive over the pass, if open, to Silverton, is worth it.

I guess I shouldn't be too worried. On Sat I plan to be watching the comp, though I might still be able to get a bit of climbing in depending on how the comp is set up. Sun I'm flying home, so it's mostly trying to get some climbing in on Friday.

You should come out! The hotel room we got accommodates 6 and there's only the three of us in it so far.

If you get there before 8 you will get a line, then you can kinda trde your line with the person next on the line next to you and make your way down the canyon. Or form a group a snag a bunch of lines.
