Serenity Now!!! My family has returned to their normal homes/routines. No more mad crowds at home, having to care for 3 grandparents who are ridiculously demanding, a spoiled sister, and my mother on disability... No everyone is gone back to their jobs or god-forsaken country. If things keep going as planned, I'll have a quiet day on Monday. (in case you were wondering, since my son's diagnosis, it's been me, my son, my mom, my dad, my sister, her friend, my grandmother - dad's side, my aunt, and both grandparents - mom's side... All under the same roof)

As for the crickets, it's crunchy protein. I'm a little grossed out by the green curry flavour, but I'm sure you can look past that.

Not really sure though how to go about finding those rare companies. hmmmmm In my experience, find the companies with world-class reputations. Those are the companies that hire good, smart people who know how to manage their time. As a result, those companies tend to have better work conditions because they can trust their employees to do good, quality work. I'm not saying only world-class institutions are like that, but most tend to be like that. And by world-class, I don't mean world-famous; I mean high-quality, standards-pushing organizations. I don't know of any in SD, though, so good luck.
