This thread is hilarious. I love the different things that can go through people's minds when they observe the same phenomena. Whenever I see a boulderer or someone in a rad beanie, I think, "Ooh, I should find yarn like that and crochet one of those!" I rarely ever wear hats, though, I just like to make them, give them at gifts, and observe other people wearing them.
The breathing thing makes me wonder if you're especially sensitive to loud breathing sounds. I'm sensitive to loud chewing or spitting sounds, but not so much to the breathing, I think. Then again, I don't know how loud is loud--what's the decibel level here?

It sure sounds like you're either jealous of, or annoyed by the beanie-wearing shirtless traversing boulderers.
Either way, none of us can help you there, this is a personal problem.
My only suggestion is to get laid more, maybe you'll stop caring.
EDIT: Normally I'm not this sarcastic or condescending. But how can you not expect to get flamed by everyone when you ask for such silly explanations.

Loud enough to be heard 30-40ft away in a separate somewhat secluded bouldering cave.

I never made such claim as to say that it was truely effective.

wtf is a gym?....maybe if i used one more i would not be climbing the birthday V2 warmup's that you speak of. on a serious note do you think a benie will get me to v4 ? And if so what brand makes you improve the best?
