Hrmmm...
It's hard to say whether this warrants an immediate disabling of the account. Originally it just looked like the usual spam, but the fact that the user made a forum post on some routes makes one think otherwise.
It's possible that they're just trying to be helpful. If others have received any PMs showing that it's mass spam PMs, just post here...

i see your point, but I didn't solicit. I don't know. I was the one who linked the photo, so maybe that's why she chose me, but it's certainly spam-ish in style.

Yeah, no worries. It does raise an eyebrow, and if others report the same we can confirm that it's spam.
And yeah this forum is fine for such things.
