Hi,
Has anyone tried Sling Training? I'm from the UK and I'm not aware of anyone who has. so would really appreciate any helpyou can give.
I've seen a video of top Norwegian climber Magnus Midtbo using them yesterday and seen an article he wrote on a website in the UK. I've added the link below.

It looks like a great way to develop all over body strength. Would appreciate any feedback people may have, before I give it a go?

Err no mockery.....
This was a real request. These products are used a lot in the US and not in the UK, so was after advice. Hence the post of a US forum. Wasn't expecting a response like yours!
I have missed some spaces but the spelling is correct. We spell a lot of words differently, such as advice or advise.

Hey Giles, Shokabuku was not accusing you of mockery; the line that said so was part of his post signature, which is attached to the bottom of all his posts, so don't take anything personal. He merely quoted your post in order to make the link "clickable."
As for the sling training, are you talking about the different exercises on the "bat" and gymnast rings that he does in the video? Looks like a great way to target all of your core muscles; I'd be interested to see more details on specific exercises.
