Go to the route's page by navigating to the crag it is at (for example Euorpe->Scotland->Central Lowlands->Rosyth Quarry->Heathy 5.6).
Then there is a little blue bordered button below the description of the route that says "record ascent". Hit that.
If the route you did wasn't in the database, you'll have to add it. Go to the crag page then hit the yellow "add content" button in the top right.

I'll help you with the next step: if you record the same accent more than once (two onsights of the same route on the same day), you can go to your climbing log, hit on that route, go back to your accent record, and delete it, to remove duplicates.
