I think the op already stated the climbers who get hired are going to recieve such training. That question is very realistic, and I am not talking cliff rescue. I have seen people be too afraid to let go of the wall to be lowered. Even approaching to tears. Do you leave a child up there until they calm down? What about if they are crying? These are scenarios that can happen, and there are no "one way to do it" answers; although there are answers I would consider quite wrong.
