hi there this is janick, traveler from switzerland who's been carrying rock climbing gear all around the world just to get some nice climbs once in a while...after some good experience in thailand, malaysia, new zealand and cuba i'd love to get some more around vancouver (SQUAMISH, preferrably) and later on down the west coast of the states... i guess i'll stay in the vancouver area for the first two-three weeks of may and then start heading down throu oregon and cali...whoever would like to join me resp. guide me around the rocks for some sweet climbs would make me happy...hope to find some good company and climbs, that's about it... i'm 26, former salesman, student of journalism, a bit of a hyperactive freak (still, people enjoy my company, in general ;) ...), always trying to be as open-minded and -hearted as possible and aiming to live life to the fullest... my weight: around 68 kg or 150lb || highest grade led so far: 5.10c/d or 6b/6b+ || i bring: my harness, my shoes, a chalkbag, 16 quickdraws, an atc guide and a mammut smart alpine belay device, 9 locking karabiners, a couple of slings, cordelettes and a chain reactor, 60 metres of rope...think that's about it oh and if anyone has a couch to crash on, that would be great too :D ...naturally i'd contribute in every way i can! cheers and hopefully see some of u guys soon, janick
