ive been climbing around V4 and 5.11, ive got a hangboard and my personla training routine. Should i be doing it every night or every other night?

Depends on the type of training and how hard you are getting after it, but most likely every other night. Careful not to injure yourself on it, buddy. It's easily done.

every night is a recipe for disaster. you get stronger as your muscles rebuild after a strength session, if you never let them rebuild, you'll probably is negative progression, however you will be signing up for such awesome over use injuries as tendon strains and elbow tendonitis. At your current level, twice a week is enough to see gains, with 48-72 hours rest in between sessions, depending on the intensity of the session.

train smarter, not harder.
