Hi all
I have been looking at post where p90x has been mentioned
Now I have got all the work out but don't do them all.
Now my work outs are weights mainly which I have 3 work outs that
Split the muscle groups in the best way possible.
Now I am thinking of using some of the p90x videos for my training.
Now the ones I was thinking of using for helping me loose the weight that I have a make improvement in my climbing

YOGA-X
X-STRETCH
How ever can't decide which other one to throw in there as when I am doing the weights my bi/tri back traps forearms lats quads are all getting a good consantrated workout which I'm happy with but any ideas on another p90x program that can be trown in would be good cheers all

I personally find that all of the P90x workouts are helpful when getting stronger at climbing. If I had to choose a few (non weight) of them to work on, then my choice would be:

Plyometrics X - Great for endurance, and cardio

Yoga X - Great for balance, strength, and focus, although a real yoga studio is better as there are some key aspects of movement and some of the poses that Tony can't show you.

Ab Ripper X - Great Core and Ab workout (plus its 15 minutes)

Core Synergictics - Fantastic Core workout.

Hope this helps.
