I'm stuck in Florida with VERY limited climbing for the next few months and would love to get up to Georgia or Tennessee to climb trad, sport or TR. I'm a beginning leader, but have cleaned pro up to 5.9. I would be interested in getting in a few easy leads and some moderate/hard TR or second. Really anytime in those two months is fine with me. Basic rack. Any interest? I'd like to spend at least 3 days to make the drive worth while.

what is alabama, chopped liver? just messing with you. my first thought was to steer you to palisades in oneonta. you could camp at horse pens and get your trad on at palisades. if you don't have a lot of experience it might be your best bet, but twall is the much superior crag.

HA. No, Florida is chopped liver; it has it's own tag on FARK. I didn't even know Alabama had climbing until the other day. I'm more than happy to try there too! I just wish the nearest crag wasn't 8 hours from Tampa Bay. Thanks for the suggestion.
