Burn in upper arm during lock-offs.

Hey guys,

So I recently have started feeling a burn in my left arm during lock-offs and frenchies. When I hold a pull-up at the top for 7 seconds and let go, I can feel this sensation in my left arm which fades slowly after the frenchy.

What do you think this type of injury means?

This has really started to affect my bouldering as it makes it a little difficult to lock-off on anything steep with my left arm.

I think it means you should stop doing lock-offs for a while.

Study your anatomy, figure out exactly where the problem is, and then write back.
