Fair trade if you axe me.

I'm thinking you got the better end of that deal.
Yea, but I don't have to let the wife know.
What I thought was going to be two women and my daughter going flower girl dress shopping turned into a party of 6. 6. Really, they needed 6 to buy one dress? For a 6 yo. Really?
Am I missing something?
And why didn't they invite the other sister? Could have made it a party of 7.

The only things I'm not down with are foods that take 3,000,000 different spices (ie: Indian food), and I'm not in the mood for a leavened bread.

And nothing too weirdly ethnic where I won't find any of the ingredients at the grocery store.
The first thing that popped into my mind was blueberry muffins.

Buttermilk or bran?

So what, exactly, is in this for us?

I fail to see how typing, "Ooh, ooh, how about grilled lamb chops, roasted rosemary potatoes, and steamed artichoke with mayo/honey mustard dip" satisfies ME in any way.

Now I am hungry. Mad

It's dark (DARK) blue skinny jeans, indy band t-shirts, geek glasses, and microbrews.

Oh. Just noticed you said "fresh tacos", not "fish tacos". You got lucky on that one. You nearly had your rope cut for real.

I can do fish tacos.

Do you like your fish breaded? Red cabbage slaw ok? A little mango?

Fish grilled... the only way. Oysters have to be breaded and fried.
Red cabbage slaw, YES.
Mango? Fuck yes!

Went to see Shovels & Rope open for Lucero tonight. Small venue in Charlottesville, VA.

S&R killed it. Lucero (who I had never heard before tonight) was bland and I left halfway thru there set. I thought the whole idea was to have a lesser band open for the main act, not the other way around...

S&R is playing an outdoor gig here in Richmond next month. I'll proly go see them again.

as I've said many times before, I once went to a Muse concert and decided to stick around for U2 after. Same thing oddly happened with a PJ Harvey concert I went to. Her stage (as was Muse's) was pretty sick looking. Then some dude with glasses came on afterward and started swinging from the microphone hanging from the top of the stage.

Also saw the Arcade Fire open up for the Killers in a venue that had less than 300 people. Both were good acts, though. That was before the Killers went soft.

That's what they do. Here we just say that I started the thread, and the original was supposed to be in total silence, but we went in another content-less direction.

I do curry, I have some dhal and channa masala in the fridge right now.

As for pizza, I could do that, but would go the cracker-crust route, no proofing for me.

Made chocolate croissants yesterday, to see if it could be done... Like 3.5 hours in the kitchen.
