Got in at midnight thursday. Campsite had a bunch of poison ivy, so we picked up the tent and moved it friday am. Had to bathe beardog, which was an experience. Friday, went up to the greater mondo area. Warmed up with laps on an easy .8, and then floated my radgnar .10d proj. You know, the warm-up for all the real climbers. Yup. I climbed that. Went and did some other stuff that day, feeling pretty good. I think I'm finally back to climbing at pre-avocado levels. Got hit with a soaker rainstorm and went into town to check email. We're in the process of moving, and the landlord is vacationing in romania(absentee landlordism ftw), so we've been emailing on a ten hour delay. Saturday, went up to the french cattle ranch. climbed euro-trash girls, and a few others. Bonked at 4 pm and had to take a nap. Came back to campsite and met Kathryn and her roadtrip partner. Sunday took them to the circus area, as we had to leave by 2, and it gets morning shade. Blew a hole in my moccs while doing the climbs i've done a bunch of times. Left at three. Posting from the crapper right now. Poop #2. What size mocs? I think I have a brand new pair of Art's 42.5 or 10.

I picked up a stupid cheap 3 month membership to BRC. The place is dead in the summer, it's awesome! It's way too hot out for me to do anything, so I just roll up to the nice AC powered gym. Plus, all if the fitness classes are free, and I may be able to finally act on my girl crush on Heidi Wirtz, she teaches yoga. I'm in luurve.

I should rephrase that - I hope I still get to climb outside. Right now all of my potential 'partners' climb way harder than me so I'd just be dragging their day down, so I have a hard time even asking them to take me along.

In other gnus, had a great day yesterday, swam a rapid and then made great progress on my reachy prodge. Came back and bit my ass today, though. Did a moderate mileage day on wet rock, and by 3pm the lispaul was insanely painful. Icing it and drinking a margie now. I think I might have to call it quits on the riverboreding, sadface.

Got out climbing after work last night. Did get on anything too hard, but gave a good onsight effort to one route. I had a really hard time figuring out a reachy move, with the last bolt at my feet with a fall that wasn't going to be plesent to take I gave up, clipped the bolt on the route next door, hung out for a while, then finally figured out the tenuous move. It was a pretty cool route though. TR'd it again after and I'll definitly hop on again next time I get out there. I want to go running tonight, but I'm going to have to force myself to stay home and clean up my apartment. I need it spic and span for Mom.
