I recently bought a second pair of c4 .5 and while I tried to use it today, I noticed that the lobes were slightly misaligned causing the wire to get stuck in between. Not a big issue except that I have to fiddle with the wire a bit to get that side of the lobe to open. Anybody else have this problem with a new cam?

The inner lobes of the C4 float on the axles, and can get too far in one direction or the other. When this happens it interferes with the action of the lobes. The solution is simple: If the inner lobes are too far to the right side, whack the left side against the rock once or twice. This will cause the lobes to float back in that direction. Once you've done this once or twice it'll become second nature, and you'll learn how much and how hard you need to whack the cam to fix it. GO

Actually that's exactly what I did...and it worked like a charm! I did get few funny looks from people nearby as I went all ape and caveman-like on my cam. But all is good in my universe now.
