You'll need to change your user name for a while. What possessed you to climb past the last bolt and not clip it. You must have seen you were in decking territory well before you got to the anchor. If you didn't see it your belayer should have.

Crap... I just read some of the responses here and realized I used really ambiguous language to describe the accident.

This wasn't me, though I felt from his description that there have been times when it could have been me. This just happened locally, so I mentioned it here.
