macherry wrote: morning chumps. day 3 of a stomach bug the gingerale diet isn't working and that sucks, too. the lady's son is also down with a stomach virus. I'm thinking of duct-taping his mouth shut to keep the fumes from floating throughout the house. I may send you some duct-tape to keep your fingers from infecting my computer, too. however, get better...soon.

I'll know how something should be implemented, and can write the required code, but I don't always remember the buzzword name for what I'm doing... There are so many, that I try to refresh on as many as I can, but I missed the ones they asked about, and hadn't used them in about 2+ years

We'll see! also apparently I am in the running for a 6 month contract job here in San Diegers... not sure exactly what I think about it right now... on one side 6 months might be much better timing if I want to move, but on the other hand, I will likely be job hunting again in 6 months ... something I'm not totally stoked on... I might be able to stay at my current job for 6 more months, but no telling how crappy it might be by then if it still even exists so many adult decisions!

went hiking yesterday on a popular trail I hadn't hiked before... while the hike was fine, I realized very quickly why I had been avoiding it. There were tons of people, and I lost count of how many were blasting music. There was trash everywhere from people not wanting to hike out their water bottles, and a giant line to take a picture on the rock at the summit. It made me a little sad to see the trail so noisy and wrecked. I might try the hike in the early morning, or a weekday, but never again mid-day on a weekend...
