We'll be migrating to new servers this weekend, assuming everything goes as planned. There will be some downtime, hopefully not too long--we've tested this migration and everything went smoothly, so hopefully the "real thing" will go just as smoothly. This is not switching to the new codebase--we've been making good progress on that, but still have a ways to go. This is taking the existing site code and running it on new computers--you probably won't notice any changes when we're done. Also, a reminder that @rockclimbing.com emails will be going away when we switch servers. If you actively use your @rc email and want it forwarded, please let me know. If you've already contacted me, no need to do anything. See this post for more info: http://www.rockclimbing.com/...post=2648037#2648037

We've successfully migrated the site. Let me know if you notice anything amiss. I know the gear homepage is broken, but haven't seen anything else yet...

Not broken, but the site has been really sluggish to respond the last few days. I don't recall it being like this before the weekend switchover. I see it is also being reported by others here.

Yeah, it's horridly slow compared to what it should be. I still need to tune the database, and I'm fairly sure that's a big part of the problem.
