The PT may have found the source o pain. Nasty knot n the calf. I mean NASTY pain. still got the facetious in the foot too. Don't no how the jogging going to affect that. prolly knot four the better... oh well, pt continues.

Glad it is recovering well! I can't remember if it got through or not, I tried to post a few times but got errors, but I sprained my ankle kinda badly in January after falling down the stairs (I had been running down them doing a sickgnar pterodactyl impression). Just went on my first proper big walk/scramble/bailed off the climb since then. Each day was <15miles but with heavy as fukk bags and a lot of "paths" so it left my ankle feeling pretty weak and tender at the end of each day, but I was really chuffed that it was never properly painful nor did it actually slow me down. Cool trip. No midges but I did come within about a metre and a half of 2 adders within 15/20 mins of each other after never seeing one before. Startled me pretty bad both times ))

One thing that sucks is that I sprained my ankle on a climb a few years ago and it's still weak. I don't have problems with it most of the time, but I can feel it weak when it is.

I signed the line that's for the person filling out the document if not me. I needed to sign the line below if I'm filling it out. Kind of pissed about that, but whatever. At least we're in line now. I've been doing a lot of hikes and stuff lately trying to finish off my ~experience consolodation~ to be an elite hill walking guide. This one was in Cairngorms NP, we were originally going to do a bunch of routes but instead, as is pretty standard for first big trip of the year, lots of issues (my buddy's rucksack shoulder strap, then the next day his waist belt, broke etc.)

You ever do trips to the Alps? I have a buddy who likes to do this stuff. He's in Germany but goes all over. He can't do a lot of elevation these days due to his knees, but is interested in long, relatively "flat" stuff if you're interested in getting in touch. You still working at the hotel?
