 fall happened during a risky part of the climb, according to the Citizen-Times.

She also said there might have been a mistake with the way the rope was tied in, but noted there was no failure with the equipment.

Damn, thatīs too bad. RIP

On the one hand Iīm glad we donīt have lots of accident reports here anymore. On the other hand, I know itīs not because there are fewer accidents. One good thing about this site were the lessons learned, however unfortunate they may have been.
