Where is the best tattoo parlor near the park? "Best" in this case does not mean least expensive, but the cleanest facility with the most talented tattoo artists. Thanks!

 Don't have the answer for you but there are many places in 29 Palms due to the local Marine base.

I saw one in the village of Joshua Tree - don't remember the name, but it's right off 62.

Or maybe it was in Yucca Valley, I don't remember - we drove between the two entirely too often this last week..
