That rocks, dude. You are my hero I wonder if people are using the Articles search for eg. 'finger taping' and such. That was the test query I used when building it. Great article. If you have the Horst book on 'Training for Climbing' you could contrast the Swiss style of pulley taping with the regular style, too. Apparently the Swiss style (thin strips, tight but not so tight that you lose bloodflow) is most effective.

Most recently I have been using the swiss style taping technique to give it a try... it has proven (so far...) to be superior... I still want to use it a little bit more before adding it to my article but for all those interested in giving it a try it basically consist on cutting the same strips of tape as I described on my article but twice as long and half the wide or maybe even less wide and, of course, youŽll have to wrap it WAY more.

I noticed on the first three pics that the extremity of your finger was slowly getting swollen... Be careful not to overtight the tape.

thank you so much. i read that article, or something similar, a long time ago but it had no pix and i could not understand a thing. but now i can tape without even reading the thing!
