I have signed up for a indoor climbing comprtition, and it is due on 22nd of Feburary, which left me about less than a month to prepare for it. What whould me training be to achieve the best possible outcome? Thanks

You'll need to do a fair bit of bouldering. Build up your endurance on hard climbs. (At a gym) Do about 4 laps of a climb at ur highest onsight, then 4 laps of a climb one grade lower, 4 laps of a different climb of the same grade, then 4 laps of your highest onsight again. It should improve your strength endurance that you'll need for competition.

I'm in pretty poor shape, but I was extremely surprised how I was able to go on problems one after the other for 3 hours. I was practically running on adrenaline the entire time, but when it was over, I was dead and couldn't even bare touching plastic.
