Yo Im a climber in Fayetteville and just saw your post about new climbing areas in arkasnas. How does yours compare with that of Sam's or the new Horseshoe Canyon?

Well, the rock is comparable to Sam's. It's the same geologic structure, Atoka sandstone. Routes are 100' max. Camping is primitive. Climbing is UNRESTRICTED on state owned and leased land. Two crags are about 2 miles apart, and have about 1.5 miles of cliffline. 60 routes are documented. Potential for hundreds more.

Climbing is not new to the area though. Brock Mtn and other local cliffs, before they were closed had been a climbing destination for 10+ years.
