does anyone else have a problem with the hook-like thing where the trigger wires attach to the Cam lobes on the Camalots? They allways seem to snag and start to rip apart my slings when i take them out of my pack. Anything I can do to stop this?

If they are sticking out at an angle, and not parallel to the cam plate, you can tap them down with a hammer and punch. Support the back side on something (a piece of steel rod with a flat end can be mounted vertically in a vise, for example), and tap gently. Don't smash them in so far that they become embedded in the aluminum plate. You can also flatten them using a pair of channellock/slipjoint pliers with a deep throat. For the truly AR, you can also hit them with a file or sandpaper, to blunt the sharp edge where the wire was cut. BTW, if you change out trigger wires, a little file or sandpaper action on the ends of the solid wire before you install them can help with this problem.
