How many times do you suggest doing the routine a week? Once, twice??

Since I have a pretty flexible schedule I do it 2 or 3 times a week (depending on the week)... so that I have one day on the weekend for rockclimbing... sometimes saturday, some other sundays...

The thing is that if you train Mo, We & Fr... you can rock climb on Sunday but then you have to rest on monday... so you train Tu, Th & save Sa for rockclimbing...

...and the cycle goes on and on... really great if you are doing lots of bouldering (on rock days) like my self...

So then is this the only training you do? or do you fit in bouldering etc in the same training session? I'm keen to try this program but I still need to work on my technique and endurance, is there a way of combining the two and still getting enough rest?

I tore my ring finger pulley (right hand) and was out of commission for 8 months. It still hurts if I use it too much. I am really keen to strengthen it, and I've read the article, but I'm not sure what the routine is.. just hand off a piece of wood for 3-12 seconds a couple times? Or is there part of the article that I missed?

Thanks,
Reza
