Hey there guys and gals, Myself and two others are heading to the gunks on friday night, If you want to get together and do some climbing drop me a note. If anyone is famillar with the area and can give me some beta, that would be great too.

Can't make it this weekend, but I would recomend hitting the Trapps (Uberfall area) if you wanna meet climbers to hook up with. If you want to beat the crowds, go across the street (Near Trapps) and you will find classic climbs and the farther you hike the less crowded the routes will be. Let me know what grade you are very comfortable with and I am sure I can recomend some good ones. also, check out http://www.gunks.com/index.php?pageid=2&smGroup=2&smID=5 that will give you some great info about the routes. Not full beta though, I recomend buying Todd Swain's The Gunks Guide.

Nathan, how long are you going for, how old are you, what is your climbing ability, etc? I wouldn't mind heading up there with you and your friends, but I can only climb one day (Sat). BTW, I live in Ephrata and know the Gunks pretty well.

I'm looking to head out there perhaps this weekend through Wednesday the 25th. Have rack, looking to lead 5.4-5.7 and follow 5.4-5.10. Have decent quantity of beta (been there 4 times). Am not really willing to climb in odd numbers (too slow). Am not willing to construct complete sentences (jk). 24 year old male, like to drink beer, camp and cook at the multi-abuse site.
Anyone wanna partner up with me?

I'de love to meet up on Tuesday and Wednesday if you'll still be there. I've been wanting to get out to the gunks, but my climbing partner is never free when I am. I have a guide to the gunks and a mid-sized rack as well, if that helps. PM me.
