Hi all,
I just wanted to update some info about the PA closure at the Gap. The closure will end Aug 1. Climbing is not allowed on the PA side until then. The park service told me they feel the climbing community has been great in cooperating and only one instance has occured with a rogue climbing group disobeying the closure.
The falcons did not appear to pick a nest this year which means the park will keep a close look out on the birds. I will be doing a walk around with the park later this year to determine a partial buffer zone for the birds so a partial closure of the PA side will only be instated next summer.
I will update as more developes.

Teh closure is over as of Aug 1st. Climbing is allowed on the Minsi side again
