Implementation Implementation will not begin prior to September 2, 2003, which is 45 days plus 5 working days after the legal notice of this decision appears in the Tahoe Daily Tribune. If an administrative appeal is received, implementation will not begin until stay requirements associated with the appeal are satisfied. If this decision is affirmed upon administrative appeal, implementation will not begin until 15 days after the appeal. Administrative Review or Appeal Opportunities This decision is subject to appeal pursuant to Forest Service regulations 36 CFR 215. To initiate an appeal under 36 CFR 215, a copy of your written Notice of Appeal must be filed with the Appeal Deciding Officer, the Regional Forester, USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Regional Office, 1323 Club Drive, Vallejo, CA 94592 on or before September 2, 2003.
