For the list of messages/posts by me as a user, I think it would be great to include some additional info about the thread. Here are some possibilities
1. Time of most recent post to thread.
2. A link to jump to the end of the thread.
2. # of messages in thread (so that I can tell if it's changed since I last looked at it).
